📜 Terms of Service – Sanvi Cakes Corner Last Updated: 30-08-2025 Welcome to Sanvi Cakes Corner. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Orders & Payments Orders can be placed via phone, WhatsApp, or in person. Advance payment of at least 50% is required for all custom cake orders. Final balance must be paid before or at the time of delivery/pickup. We accept cash, UPI, and digital payments. 2. Customization & Designs Customers are encouraged to share reference images for designs. We do our best to replicate designs, but slight variations may occur. Colors, decorations, and toppers are subject to availability. 3. Cancellation & Refunds Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before delivery/pickup. Advance payments are non-refundable for same-day cancellations. Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days. 4. Delivery & Pickup We provide delivery within Bhoj (charges may apply). Delivery times are approximate; delays may occur due to traffic or unforeseen issues. Customers must provide accurate address & contact details for successful delivery. 5. Food Safety & Liability All cakes are prepared in a hygienic kitchen. Sanvi Cakes Corner is not responsible for product quality once cakes are handed over or delivered. Please refrigerate cakes when required. 6. Privacy & Data Customer information (name, phone, email, address) is used only for order fulfillment. We do not share your data with third parties. 7.
